For the year 2006/2007 rates are as follows:

Travel and materials are extra. Rates are negotiable to some extent: so do not be discouraged!

Conditions

From September 2004, Creeping Toad will request that a few conditions are agreed upon with bookings:

1. Payment: within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise negotiated
2. Advance payment: with projects where the final bill is likely to be more than £1,000, Creeping Toad will request that 40% (or a negotiated sum) is paid at the start of a project
3. Cancellation charges
   1. For projects of £500 or less:
      • More than 4 weeks: no cancellation fee
      • 4 weeks before the date: 25 % of workshop fee
      • 2 weeks or less before the date: 50% of workshop fee
   2. For projects of more than £500:
      • More than 8 weeks before project: no cancellation fee
      • 4 - 8 weeks: 25% of workshop fee
      • 4 weeks before the date: 40 % of workshop fee
      • 2 weeks or less before the date: 50% of workshop fee
4. Workshop fee: fee for Creeping Toad time (no additions for travel or materials unless preliminary visits have been included)
